Michelle
M.S. CF-SLP
Michelle earned her Master of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island. She has experience supporting individuals across the lifespan, from children with articulation, language, and social communication needs to adults with swallowing disorders and aphasia. Michelle especially enjoys making a meaningful difference in children’s lives by building communication skills in fun, engaging, and functional ways. She also values that every client is unique, which keeps each day both interesting and rewarding.
As a Clinical Fellow, Michelle is excited to continue expanding her knowledge within the field, with particular interests in pediatric feeding and swallowing as well as AAC. Looking ahead, she hopes to supervise graduate students and future clinical fellows as a way to give back to the speech-language pathology community.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys reading, baking, and watching comedy films. She loves exploring new places with family and friends—whether that means trying a new local restaurant or traveling farther from home. As a lifelong New Englander, she hopes to explore more of the United States and eventually visit different countries throughout Europe. A fun fact about Michelle: mint green is her favorite color, and she’s been adding little pops of it throughout her home whenever she can!
