Dani

Dani is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician currently pursuing a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Psychology and a minor in School Health at Southern Connecticut State University. Her passion for understanding human behavior and applying psychological principles shines through in her work with children, where she focuses on fostering growth, independence, and positive learning experiences.

Dani specializes in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), using evidence-based behavioral interventions to enhance communication, social, and adaptive skills in the children she supports. Her long-term goals include becoming a special education teacher and earning her BCBA certification within the next four years.

Outside of work, Dani enjoys traveling with her family, discovering new restaurants, and making lasting memories. Proud of her Jamaican heritage, she brings warmth, cultural richness, and a strong sense of community to her role every day.
