Carley
Behavior Technician
Carley holds an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Connecticut State University and a Bachelor’s degree Sociology with a minor in Psychology from Southern Connecticut State University. She enjoys studying human behavior because it allows her to better understand how social and psychological factors shape the way people think, feel, and interact.
Carley’s passions center around supporting others in meaningful ways, building trusted relationships, and creating environments where individuals feel respected, understood, and encouraged to grow. Through her studies in sociology and psychology, she has developed strengths in communication, observation, and understanding behavior within broader social contexts, allowing her to take a thoughtful, empathetic, and people-centered approach in her work.
Carley plans to continue her education by obtaining a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Outside of work Carley likes to stay active and spend time with people who are important to her as well as her dog.
A fun fact about Carley is she is a pro at making to-do lists for everything in life!
