Sofia Iacona M.S., CF-SLP

Sofia is one of our amazing speech-language pathologist clinical fellow who graduated from Sacred Heart University with a master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Her journey in this field stems from a genuine passion for improving the lives of others by facilitating effective communication. Sofia is particularly enthusiastic about assisting individuals in expressing their wants, needs, thoughts, and ideas. Eager to expand her skill set, she aims to become certified in PECS and PROMPT techniques. Beyond her professional endeavors, Sofia finds solace and inspiration in nature through walks and hikes. She channels her creativity into writing songs and poetry, a passion she's nurtured since childhood when she used to sing. When she's not immersed in her work or creative pursuits, Sofia enjoys escaping into the realms of romance and fantasy novels and cherishing quality time with friends.
