With a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Saint Joseph, Melissa is dedicated to helping clients make meaningful progress—and she loves seeing the impact that growth has on both them and their families.

She’s passionate about working not just with clients and Behavior Technicians but also with families, ensuring they have the skills and strategies needed to support success in all environments. She also has a special love for teaching and implementing social skills programs!

Melissa is committed to staying up to date with the latest research to provide the best evidence-based care. She also looks forward to growing as a supervisor, training and supporting future professionals in the field, including BACB supervisees.

Outside of work, you can find Melissa spending quality time with her husband and dog, hiking, binge-watching Netflix, curling up with a good book, or enjoying time with family and friends.
